Start each name with

Naming a part in the table overrides all of this for that file.

In every part

Bookmarks Each part keeps the bookmarks that point inside its own pages; the rest are dropped. The cover page Page 1 is copied to the front of every other part, so each one can stand alone. It adds a page to each.

Links between pages are renumbered to match the part they land in. A link whose target ended up in a different part is removed rather than left as a hotspot that goes nowhere.

A filled form is printed into the page: every part shows what was typed, and no part is still fillable. Tags, attachments and page labels are not carried over.
